Pastor Agnes Tuluwene Kulanga
Advisor
Agnes Holds Diploma in Theology from Iringa University College. Served among First ordained female Pastor in Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania – Iringa Diocese in 1984. Started as primary school bible Teachers then cruise different position including Senior Pastor at Cathedral Parish then after become first female Mkuu wa Jimbo in Iringa.
She also served as Board member in Iringa university college and now she is retired Pastor and still serves to advise several leaders including Tuluwene Foundation.
Mr. Faraja Tuluwene Kulanga
Executive Director
Faraja is Tuluwene Foundation Founder and Executive Director. He holds Master in International Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University in USA. Serves progressively for Twenty-three years with World Vision International – Tanzania office in different capacities.
Started as Community Facilitator at grassroot level, then Sponsorship Officer where He leveraging correspondences between sponsored Children and Sponsors. Then after works as Project Coordinator before move to Head Office as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist.
Later on, served in Leadership positions as Zonal Manager for thirteen years consecutively including six months as Operations Director. leading large-scale development and humanitarian aid programs dedicated to uplifting children from poverty through health, WASH, education, food security, livelihood initiatives and disaster relief.
Dr. Ahaz Tuluwene Kulanga
Co-founder
Poses Doctorate in Business Administration, has over 15 years of experience working in Medical University College. he provides technical and administrative leadership in administration and Management systems capacity building for multi-disciplinary projects, worked with KCMUCo Leadership and other senior staff in defining Institutional Strategic objective and plans, and translating plans into practice.
He administered successfully the support through the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) for a project entitled the “Medical Education Partnership Initiative”, designed to increase the numbers of doctors trained at KCMU College, enhance their research skills, and retain them in Tanzania. Later it was funded as MEPI Junior Faculty development, recently funded as Health Professionals Education Partnership Initiative (HEPI). Plus, several other funding Agencies based grants.
Adv. Sifael Tuluwene Kulanga
Senior Legal Counsellor
Sifael is a senior Lawyer for more than Twenty years. Working with Government of United Republic of Tanzania in several Municipal including Dar es Salaam (Temeke District), Masasi District, Mtwara District, Arusha City and currently in Moshi Municipal.
Holds Bachelor Degree in Law from Tumaini University plus one year of School of Law.
Mr. Yosia Tuluwene Kulanga
Co-founder
Yosia is an experienced Community Development Practitioner more than ten years’ experience in International NGO in different capacities. Currently work as Community Mobilizer in Kigoma in Water Mission and Holds Bachelor Degree in Community Development from Iringa University College.
