Our Story

Tuluwene Foundation is a collaboration of family of Late Pastor Tuluwene Reuben Kulanga who see the Grace of God in their life which is based on Biblical principles. Hence the idea is aiming to transform lives of others by enabling businesses and emerging youth leaders to flourish following same principles.

Our Core Beliefs

We equip leaders to transform mindsets and deepen trust to grow profits for shared prosperity.

Successful Businesses

Successful businesses are best equipped to reduce poverty through job creation and economic stimulus.

Redemptive Businesses

This serve staff through meaningful and creative work and deliver products and services that promote the common good.

Mindsets

Mindsets based on flawed beliefs and broken relationships are the principal cause of poor performance and limited impact of businesses.

Biblical Mindset

A Biblical mindset restores trust and relationships to build redemptive businesses that glorify God.

Our Motive

With over 23 years of experience in community development, we have witnessed firsthand how a Biblical Empowered Worldview (EWV) transforms individuals and communities. Our approach fosters self-reliance, encourages business growth, and improves livelihoods.

By combining faith-driven values with practical business solutions, we aim to empower individuals to create a prosperous future.

Empowered Worldview

Our Empowered Worldview (EWV) methodology enables individuals to shift from dependency to self-reliance. Through this approach, participants:

Discover their identity and worth in God.

Develop a vision for personal and community transformation.

Take action to improve their communities using faith-based principles.

Learn to cultivate relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
