Inspired by the legacy of the late Pastor Tuluwene Reuben Kulanga, the team is committed to stewarding the foundation’s mission with wisdom, integrity, and servant leadership. Rooted firmly in Biblical principles, the Management Team provides strategic direction, ensures accountability, and oversees impactful programs that reflect Christ’s love in action. Through faith, excellence, and collaboration, the team remains dedicated to transforming lives and advancing sustainable change within the community and beyond.

Mr. Faraja Tuluwene Kulanga
Executive Director
Faraja is Tuluwene Foundation Founder and Executive Director. He holds Master in International Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University in USA. Serves progressively for Twenty-three years with World Vision International – Tanzania office in different capacities.
Started as Community Facilitator at grassroot level, then Sponsorship Officer where He leveraging correspondences between sponsored Children and Sponsors. Then after works as Project Coordinator before move to Head Office as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist.
Later on, served in Leadership positions as Zonal Manager for thirteen years consecutively including six months as Operations Director. leading large-scale development and humanitarian aid programs dedicated to uplifting children from poverty through health, WASH, education, food security, livelihood initiatives and disaster relief.

CPA Peter Wilson Sererya
Finance & Administration Director
CPA Peter Wilson Sererya is a highly accomplished finance and administration professional with over twelve (12) years of progressive experience in international non-governmental organizations and the private sector within Tanzania. He possesses extensive expertise in financial management, administration, and the oversight of donor-funded programs, with a proven ability to support and manage complex, multi-sectoral operations.
Mr. Sererya most recently served as Cluster Finance and Administration Officer at World Vision Tanzania, where he was responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and administrative oversight across eleven (11) Area Programs and multiple donor-funded grants. In this role, he ensured effective financial planning, budgeting, and control, while maintaining strict compliance with donor regulations and organizational policies.
His core competencies include financial reporting, budget development and monitoring, audit coordination, procurement oversight, grants management, and strengthening the financial management capacity of partner organizations. He has consistently demonstrated strong leadership in managing grant portfolios, improving internal controls, and enhancing financial systems to promote transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency.
Mr. Sererya is proficient in a wide range of accounting and enterprise resource planning systems, including SUN Systems, QuickBooks, Tally, AIMS, and GEMS, which he has effectively utilized to support financial operations and reporting requirements.
He holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T) qualification awarded by the National Board of Accountants and Auditors and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the Institute of Finance Management.
With a strong commitment to integrity, stewardship, and excellence, Mr. Sererya is dedicated to advancing financial accountability and supporting sustainable, high-impact development initiatives.
